Contingent Bussing Contracts Panel Industry Briefing and RFI

⁠⁠⁠TfNSW intends to establish a panel of suppliers to provide Pre-planned and Major events bussing and Emergency bussing requirements for a potential term of 8 years minus 1 years minus 1 year.

Project goals

TfNSW intends to establish a panel of suppliers to provide Pre-planned and Major events bussing and Emergency bussing requirements for a potential term of 8 years minus 1 years minus 1 year to supplement the current TfNSW GSBSC (Greater Sydney Bus Services Contract ) and OMBSC (Outer Metro Bus Services Contracts ) panels.

Note: Suppliers currently holding a GSBSC and / or OMBSC contract are excluded from further consideration to participate in the Contingent Bussing Contracts.

Scope

TfNSW Contingent Bussing Panel intends to establish a panel of approved suppliers to provide the following services for potential term of 8 years minus 1 years minus 1 year.

A. Pre-planned and Major events bussing

Planned Bussing Services will typically service rail replacement and major event bussing services on pre-planned routes across NSW.

B. Emergency bussing requirements

This panel will supply contingent bussng services across the entire greater and outer Sydney Metropolitan area for emergency bussing services.

TfNSW is inviting interested Operators to participate in the RFI and Industry Briefing to understand the current supply market contitions.

Key Details:

• 15th April 2025 - Sent registration link out to market
• 28th April 2025 - By 10am interested participants to send Registration documents to participate in Industry Briefing
• 29th April 2025 - Conduct Industry Briefing
• 29th April 2025 - Release RFI in Ariba
• 13th May 2025 - Close of RFI
