City of Casey invites suitable tenderers to undertake the delivery of Ballarto Road Family & Community Centre. The project is located at 51S Riverland Road, Clyde 3978.
The construction of a new integrated Family and Community Centre in Clyde on a vacant site that will provide essential Council services such as Kindergarten, Maternal & Child Health as well as community spaces for hire.
The scope of works include:
- Construction of community centre with internal and external spaces
- Construction of car parks and associated footpaths
- Landscaping
- Furniture and fittings
- Signage
