Mount Isa City Council (MICC) is requesting tenders from a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the construction of the John Campbell Miles Memorial Lookout Redevelopment project. With reference to a full set of design drawings and specifications that are provided with this request for tender, Council require contract execution works in FY 2025 to be completed by June 2026.

The John Campbell Miles Memorial Lookout is a landmark of Mount Isa and has been identified for redevelopment due to the increase in demographic density and necessity to upgrade the current ageing facilities. The finished project shall improve safety in all aspects of its utilisation by the community, and be built to last within specific local climatic conditions.
