Public Toilet Cleaning

⁠⁠⁠Alexandrina Council seeks to engage suitably experienced Contractors to provide Cleaning Services for all Public Amenities located throughout the Alexandrina Council area.

Contractors are required to

• manage and deliver cleaning services, ensuring that the whole of premises including surrounds, furnishings, fixtures, and fittings present a thoroughly clean appearance to staff, visitors and the general public.
• provide labour, equipment, cleaning supplies and consumables necessary to carry out the cleaning services.
• ensure appropriate cleaning equipment and products are used to ensure outcomes & KPI's are achieved
• ensure high quality and consistent standards of cleaning is delivered across all sites; and
• provide value for money in the delivery of the cleaning services.

Alexandrina Council’s aims and objectives regarding the Cleaning Services are outlined in the Specification documents & will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Tenderer. It is proposed the Agreement will be for a term of 5 years, with options to extend at the discretion of the Council.
