Scope of work
Provision of Plumbing Services As and when requested by the Rio Tinto Company, the Supplier must provide:
(a) Plumbing, roof plumbing and gas fitting maintenance Services, including but not limited to:
(i) moving, removing or installing of plumbing services and plumbing works including removal of guttering and drainage works;
(ii) dismantling, removal and replacement of existing kitchen and bathroom or sanitary fixtures and fittings;
(iii) retic maintenance, repairs and installation;
(iv) sanitary cleaning of water coolers;
(v) installing and maintaining of reverse osmosis systems;
(vi) diagnosis of pumps/pressures and pipe sizes to suit, due to ever expanding assets;
(vii) sampling, testing and conditioning of water in compliance with the Site’s water guidelines;
(viii) excavating and repairing of water/air leaks;
(ix) welding of polyethylene pipe for installations and repair; and
(x) maintenance, monitoring, testing and repair of Biomax waste systems
