The Millmerran Indoor Sports Centre provides a wide variety of sporting, recreation and social facilities to Millmerran and the greater Toowoomba Region all year round. Council wishes to procure the services of an experienced contractor to undertake replacement of the roof and associated building fabric to the existing structure. Due to age, wear and deterioration, the roof and hydraulic structures are no longer fit for purpose.

Offerors are required to attend the mandatory site meeting prior to submitting their tender to ensure they fully understand the scope of work, site conditions, and requirements to provide an accurate and comprehensive offer.
