Tender Description
Bass Coast Shire Council invites tenders from suitability qualified contractors for the construction of the Cowes Streetscape Master Plan - Delivery of Stage 1.
The Streetscape Redevelopment works, will result in significant changes to the function and amenity of the Town Centre (precinct) by flipping the transport hierarchy, creating streets for people, and connecting the four ends of the main town.
The works will incorporate road upgrades, minor drainage, water main realignment, landscaping and footpath construction.
