You are invited to make a submission for this proposed Contract. The City requires the provision of cleaning services at the Riverton & Cannington Leisureplex's. This is to improve and maintain facility presentation and hygiene to meet customer expectation and experience.

The City reserves the right to award to either a sole contract or multiple contracts to ensure best value for money.

The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend the contract for a one (1) year period and up to a further twelve (12) months; to a maximum of five (5) years. The Contract is expected to commence in June 2025
