Tender Description
Mornington Peninsula Shire invites experienced building trades to join our Building Trades Panel. The Building Trades Panel is aimed to be developed to include specific trade types to assist the Shire with undertaking works up to a value of $300,000 per project.
Specific trades to be included on the Building Trades Panel include:
- Electrical Works
- Plumbing Works
- Asbestos Removal Works
- Painting Works
- Glazing Works
Having a prequalified list of experienced and qualified building trades on a panel will create great efficiencies in how the Shire undertakes various building projects.
