This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The purpose: TEQSA is looking for an experienced IT architecture consultancy to develop a detailed and easy to understand blueprint, network diagrams and as part of the scope build. The outcome of this project will assist TEQSA's approach to go to market to upgrade its core network with a clear vision.
This project is structured in two phases, and this request is specifically for Phase 1, which focuses on delivering the design and scope only.
Phase 1 - Future state Core Network Design and delivery of scope (this project)
Phase 2 - Go to market to deliver the accepted outcome of phase 1 (future project)
