East Gippsland Water is tendering for one or multiple Engineering Consultancy Service Providers to be appointed under a panel arrangement, split into two tiers. This tender will be for Tier 2 services, as identified in the tender documents.

These services include but are not limited to:

- allocated planning and investigation projects associated with infrastructure capability and future requirements;

- engineering and related concept, functional/preliminary and detailed design and documentation for allocated projects;

- project delivery management including tendering, project construction and contract superintending;

- upon request, technical review and audit of third-party designs, submission, reports, construction activities etc. in a timely manner;

- provision of engineering and related specialist advice as may be requested from time to time.

It is expected this contract will be for an initial term of three years, with two optional two-year extensions available.
