PRE-TENDER BRIEFING
Tenderers should note that a compulsory pre-tender briefing will be held on-line via Microsoft Team meeting on 20 May 2025 1400-15:30. The attendance of the Tenderer or a Senior Representative is compulsory.
Pre-tender briefing register
Prior to 19 May 2025 12:00pm, Tenderers shall provide the following information to the email address stated in the “ENQUIRIES” section below:
1. Tenderer company name
2. Attendance(s)’ name, position and email address (Maximum two attendees per tenderer)
The pre-tender briefing online meeting link will be sent by COB 19 May 2025 to the registered tenderers.
