High level scope of works summary:
• Kitchen refurbishment: vinyl plank flooring, replace cabinetry, replace and connect sink, rough in dishwasher plumbing, upgrade lighting and switchboard and paint walls/ceiling.
• Toilet area refurbishment: remove asbestos and replace cement sheeting, new epoxy flooring (vinyl plank flooring in entryway), replace toilet suites and basins, replace urinal with 3x wall mounted urinal units (with modesty panels), install a new all gender accessible separate toilet and access, upgrade lighting, paint walls/ceiling.
• Main Hall refresh: replaster the main stage wall above the timber trim, replace dado rail, upgrade lighting including external floodlight, paint walls/ceiling (to match existing).
