Quotations are currently being requested for a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) for the U.S. Consulate General Perth.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Submit any questions regarding this solicitation by email to perthprocurement@state.gov. All questions must be submitted no later than April 18th, 2025, at 5:00PM AWST. Responses will be posted to the solicitation on SAM.gov.

All prospective offerors are encouraged to register in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The final closing date to submit your quotation is Friday 2nd May 2025 at 5:00PM AWST by emailing perthprocurement@state.gov. No proposals will be accepted after this time
