Northern Health is seeking to explore AI-powered medical scribe solutions that can assist in automating clinical documentation processes. We are issuing the notification to alert potential suppliers of the release of Request for Information (RFI) aimed at gathering insights into available AI scribe technologies.

The forthcoming RFI will focus on the following areas:

• Solution Capabilities: ambient listening to convert conversations into clinical notes
• System Integration: compatibility with existing Northern Health systems
• Compliance: Adherence to Australian privacy and data security regulations
• Support and Maintenance: Deployment, training and support

The RFI aims to comprehensively explore suppliers in the market and the array of solutions available.
