The City of Port Phillip (Council) seeks EOIs to lease the Property subject to the terms and conditions of this REOI.

Council's objectives are:

1. support activation of the foreshore with a place to purchase refreshment and convenience food

2. enhance amenity of the area for residents and visitors with a quality Kiosk operation

3. obtain an operator with the experience, capability, commitment and sustainable operating model to run a successful Kiosk

4. obtain a conforming offer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the proposed lease offered.

The property is on Crown Land for which Council is the Committee of Management. It is owned by the Victorian State Government and the premises is a structure owned by the Council.

Council is custodian of the Property on behalf of the Crown. Council is committed to the responsible management of such assets.

This Request for Expressions of Interest has been triggered, as the Property has recently become vacant.

Lodgement of Registration:

The Registration is to contain the documents, information and details required by this REOI or be sufficient in substance for Council, in its sole discretion, to evaluate the Registration in accordance with this REOI. Council may consider a Registration does not meet these requirements as being non-compliant and reject the Registration.

Expressions of Interest are to be lodged electronically via the tendering portal.

Registrations shall be titles/marked - Expression of Interest to Lease Kiosk 3 at 20 Jacka Boulevard, St Kilda VIC 3182.

Please note that the portal does not accept or allow Registrations after the Closing Time.
