Apollo Bay Structure Plan Review

Council would like to invite submissions from suitably qualified contractors to undertake a review of the recommendations of the Apollo Bay Structure Plan 2007 and provide an updated Structure Plan for development within Apollo Bay, Marengo and Skenes Creek.

The project will provide:

• an updated analysis of land supply for housing;
• a review of the effectiveness of planning controls in the townships; and
• an updated Structure Plan that reflects contemporary circumstances relating to the townships.
