Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Noosa Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified, experienced, and resourced respondents for land remediation and subdivision works to be undertaken within 62 Lake MacDonald Drive, Cooroy (Lot 105 on SP118458), as described in more detail in Part 4 – Scope.

Respondents are to note that the Works will be undertaken as two (2) separable portions:

• Separable Portion 1 – Remediation and Major Earthworks, and

• Separable Portion 2 – Subdivision Works.

A site inspection is scheduled for 15 April 2025.
