Tender Description
The City of Busselton owns a large portion of land at Lot 301 Sues Road, Yalyalup. The City is inviting Tenders for a suitable consultant in relation to Lot 301 to:
• Identify and assess all sport, recreational activities and events opportunities that can be accommodated at Lot 301;
• Determine viable options; and
• Develop strategies and plans to develop Lot 301 as a local and regional sport, recreational and events precinct and successfully attract State, local and regional community and investor/developer interest in such future development.
