SAP ECC6 HR/Payroll Improvements Specialist Services

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Health and Aged Care wishes to improve the functionality and data of its current SAP ECC6 HR/Payroll solution.

The Department has identified a set of requirements and has structured these requirements into five work “packages”, and the respondent is requested to respond to all five packages.

We have identified the need to structure the approach for a number of work packages (Packages 1, 3 & 4) into two phases: a “Phase 1” focusing on analysis and design activities, followed by an implementation phase (“Phase 2”), and therefore request that vendors structure their responses accordingly. Packages 2 & 5 should be delivered as a single phase of work.

Effort and cost estimates for Phase 1 (or single phase) activities should be provided as accurately as possible. Phase 2 activity that depends on prerequisite design activity in a Phase 1 should be estimated / costed based on an effort range and appropriate rate card.

All Phase 1 and single-phase activity should target completion by 30 June 2025.
