The City of Greater Geelong (Principal) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the Works associated with extension and building modification works at the Norlane Community Centre.

The successful tenderer will be responsible for the delivery of the works as the Principal Contractor and engage and manage all sub-contractors.

Please refer to the tender documentation issued for further details regarding the full scope of Works. Late tenders will not be accepted. Please ensure upload commences 1 hour prior to prevent unplanned lock out occurring.
