Tender Description
Ipswich City Council is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to undertake the required civil works for the modifications to the exiting drainage system, at Riverview Depot 4 Kenneth Street Riverview. The Contractor is responsible to undertake the construction as per the contract, supplied plan and specification to deliver a fit for purpose facility ready for immediate use. The Ipswich City Council has proposed that the contract be a Lump Sum Contract with Provisional Items.
The project consists of (but not limited to);
• Earthworks;
• Concrete works;
• Install precast arrestor;
• Installation of drainage.
