HPVC2019-077 Medical Imaging Equipment and Radiotherapy Equipment is an open panel for the supply of medical imaging, radiotherapy, and nuclear medicine equipment to Victorian Participating Health Services.
The HPVITS2025-077 panel includes the following categories:

- HSV is refreshing and re-scoping this panel with a view to having a new agreement in place by 01 Nov 2025.

- Suppliers wishing to join the panel must:
- Successfully undergo a pre-qualification process, demonstrating their capacity and capability to supply equipment within one or more of the modalities within the scope of this panel.
- Submit comprehensive sales data within scope of the agreement.
- Agree to terms and conditions of the header agreement, under which all equipment and associated services within the scope of the panel will be supplied to Participating Health Services.
- And meet other mandatory requirements, including:
- Financial Assessment (undertaken by Equifax on behalf of HPV)
- Insurance Requirements (Public / Product / Professional liability)
- Environmental, Social, and Governance.
- Note that HSV is moving to a Master Supply Agreement (MSA) arrangement across all of its supplier agreements. The MSA contains the overarching, standard legal and non-operational terms, and is available online. Category specific terms and schedules are contained in a "Module", which incorporates the MSA terms.
