The Department of Education is seeking a supplier to support the Leadership Strategy and Strategic Plan (Attachment 1) by designing, developing and delivering a Management Fundamentals program to VPS5 and 6 cohort levels. The DE Management Fundamentals program will be designed and developed to focus on 5 modules including the use of a personality profiling tool such as DISC or equivalent.
