Project goals
Transport for NSW is inviting suitably experienced, qualified, and accredited Contractors to participate in the tender process for the Minor Physical Works and Services Contract for Heathcote Road Koala Fencing Construction.
Scope
This work consists of construction of koala fencing along Heathcote Road around Deadmans Creek. Key features include vegetation clearing, koala fencing with galvanised sheet, access gates, koala grid installation on St George Crescent, and fauna escape and refuge structures.
To successfully participate in the tender process for this project, tenderers:
Must provide evidence to demonstrate that they are qualified and accredited under the National Prequalification Scheme for Roadworks (dated 10th August 2023) with mandatory prequalification levels of F1 (Financial) and R2 (Roadworks).
Must execute (to the satisfaction of TfNSW) the Confidentiality Deed Poll and must return to TfNSW via Tejas.Mistry@transport.nsw.gov.au by 3:00pm (AEST) Tuesday, 8th April, 2025.
Additional details/instructions
Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the Confidentiality Deed Poll prior to gaining access the RFT documents.
