Project Summary

The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in April 2025 for School Upgrade Fund 2 Minor Capital Works projects. The SEVR Bundle 2 includes 5 Schools located in the Wellington Shire and East Gippsland Shire LGA’s.

Project Scope includes:

• Lindenow South Primary School: Construction of a new toilet block, and the replacement of an existing playground with new playground.
• Maffra Secondary College: Demolish and replace student toilets.
• Mallacoota P-12 College: Construction of a new inclusive playground and play space
• Sale College: Full internal refurbishment of toilets.
• Swifts Creek P-12 School: Demolish and replace existing toilet blocks and covered veranda.

You must email your company details through to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering.

The email subject heading should be clearly marked 'ATN-SUF2-SEB2-2024 for Victorian School Building Authority'

All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $4,500,000.

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will decide on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
