The Territory is seeking expressions of interest and market feedback from suitably qualified organisations to design, construct, finance and operate a new Food and Organics (FOGO), In-Vessel Composting (“IVC”) facility (the “Facility”) in Hume. This REOI is stage 1 of a proposed 2 stage process.
