Small Craft Pens Finger Jetty - Demolition and Construction - Inner Harbour, Fremantle Ports

You are invited to tender for goods, services or works specified in this document and in accordance with the conditions herein.

Fremantle Ports is requesting a quotation for the provision of works for the demolition of the old and construction of a new finger jetty at the Small Craft Pens in Fremantle Ports' Inner Harbour, Fremantle.

The contract resulting from the Tender process will be an amended AS4000-1997 construct agreement according to scope executed over a potential 9-month term.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT REQUIRED: 1:00PM WST on Thursday 3/04/2025

Respondents wishing to attend this site visit must contact the Buyer nominated for this tender, prior to midday WST on Tuesday 1/04/2025, by completing and returning the Site Visit register attached to this RFx.

Respondents must meet 10 minutes prior to the site visit time at the reception area of the Administration Building, 1 Cliff Street, Freemantle.

Note: MSIC conditions and full PPE are applicable to the site visit.
