The department requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced industry partner (Service Provider) to manage end to end procurement of all software, hardware and ICT services to DFAT.

This includes delivery of strategic sourcing activities as well as qualified personnel to support software asset management and software compliance. Procurement of labour hire contractors is out of scope; however the Service Provider may be requested to assist with delivery of this service on an as needed basis.
