Project goals

a) Fit for the purpose: our premises achieve the following desired outcomes: provide services of security with confidence in performance meet standards in securing council sites provide maintained and managed council premises represent council by courteous and co-operative manner to customer

b) Continual service: provide continual services at any time during the Contract term.

c) Bringing experience: provide advices, expertise and skills to ensure the requested services are properly performed as per specifications.

d) Quality: meet or exceed the quality standards set out in the contract specifications or the best practice in the security industry.

e) Time and budget: deliver the works set out in the Work Order within specified time and price, and to rectify and resolve with Principal any departures.

f) Fair work: your staff, workers and subcontractors’ workers are paid according to the industry award.

g) Integrity: effective system in monitoring the patrol works and schedule without integrity issues.

h) Work, health and safety: comply with contractual and statutory requirements.

Scope

The successful respondent(s) will be responsible in providing manpower services including site security duties, crowd control & escort services, cash in transit with its secure transport, alarm response, mobile patrolling including lock-unlock services, alarm system monitoring & its response and electronic security system with servicing, monitoring & repairs and locksmith services.
