WPW is seeking assistance from an appropriately qualified and experienced party to provide once yearly maintenance services and reports on WPW radios as listed in Appendix A (half the radios to be done on alternating years).

Detailed inspections are to be conducted on the radios and the antenna system. The inspection should give a general comment on the condition of the antenna mast, so that WPW can investigate further if required.

Additionally, WPW may require the contractor to respond to reactive issues and breakdowns as required, and information about contractor availability and rates for out of hours call outs is requested from each submission for WPW review.

Deliverables

- Completion of annual inspection and service of all units (refer to list of radios)

- Maintenance/Inspection reports supplied to WPW

- Emerging issues with each unit highlighted during each annual inspection

- Quotes for rectification of issues identified

- Reactive maintenance support as agreed and outlined in the Contract
