The Principal is seeking Responses from suitably qualified and experienced builders (Respondents) to alter and extend (the Works) the existing Noranda Sporting Complex establish a set of new gender neutral changerooms. The Works are to be constructed including relevant approvals, demolition, civil works, groundwork, service connections, and construction of changerooms and storage facilities.
