Cleaning Visitors Information Centre & Ad-Hoc Day Contracts

⁠⁠⁠Cessnock City Council employs and manages several cleaning staff to service their buildings. That service does not have capacity to undertake cleaning at all sites.

Council seeks a contractor to undertake cleaning services at the Hunter Valley Visitor Information Centre.

There is an additional opportunity for ad-hoc day contracts to fill roster shortages during times of leave for Council cleaners at short notice weekdays and weekends.

A panel of suitable suppliers may be created for the ad-hoc day contracts at various sites.

Council may award the contract(s) to different suppliers and will consider a panel of suitable suppliers for the ad-hoc day contracts.

Term of Contract will be 1 year with the possibility of 2 x 1-year extensions (maximum 3 years).
