The Adelaide Plains Council, Light Regional Council, Mid Murray Council, The Barossa Council and Town of Gawler invite tenders from Tenderers for the provision of new surfacing works and resurfacing of sealed roads through the Council areas.

The Councils’ aim is to deliver on each Council’s annual road maintenance, renewal and construction programs for 2025/2026 – 2027/2028 (3 years, plus right of renewal of 3 years).

1. The Contract Works are for the supply and lay of asphalt and spray seal roads within the Councils’ areas. The Contracted Works may also include additional works such as new construction, sealed path maintenance, crack sealing, deep lift road patching and reinstatement of line marking.
2. Contracted works to also include minor maintenance activities i.e. edge break repairs, asphalt patching particularly in preparation for roads nominated to be resealed using spray seal.
3. All respondents must be listed on the DIT Bituminous Works Prequalification System for their submission to be considered: https://dit.sa.gov.au/contractor_documents/prequalification
4. The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specification.

Note to intending respondents: Adelaide Plains Council are the lead Council for this joint procurement process and will be the main liaison for the request for tender, however the successful respondent will enter into individual agreements with the above mentioned Councils.
