1. About HealthShare Victoria

HealthShare Victoria (HSV) was established on 1 January 2021 as an independent public sector and commercially oriented provider of supply chain, procurement and corporate services to partner with Victoria’s public health services and suppliers in delivering best-value health-related goods and services.

2. Objective of the Request for Information (RFI)

HSV intends to establish a greenfield contract HPVRFI2026-139 Endoscopy and Associated Consumables by releasing an Invitation to Supply (ITS) in near future. As part of developing the strategy and scope, HSV is currently undertaking a Request for Information (RFI).

The objective of this RFI is to assist HSV to better understand the current market and market share; identify an appropriate supplier base for health services, hence the importance of suppliers providing this data; and increasing visibility of health service expenditure and current costs.

This is also a crucial step for HSV to build collaborative relationships with suppliers prior to the release of the Invitation to Supply (ITS). This new greenfield contract will provide an opportunity for suppliers to expand their existing footprint within Victorian public health.

 3. RFI access and submission

The access of RFI documents will only be available via the HSV Procurement Portal and suppliers must be registered for downloading and submitting a response to this RFI. Responses must be submitted via the HSV Procurement Portal only.
