Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) operates Foxdale Quarry, located at 45 Quarry Road, Foxdale Qld 4800). Foxdale Quarry requires a fully serviced production fleet of dry-hire plant to manage its crushing and sales operations.

Council is seeking to engage a Plant Hire Supplier (Supplier) to provide the following core plant fleet on a dry hire basis which includes provision of all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard servicing and repairs to ensure maximum availability and productivity of mobile equipment to the Foxdale Quarry:

a) Two (2) x Front End Loaders;

b) One (1) Excavator; and

c) One (1) Articulated Dump Truck.

The contract will be on a schedule of monthly fixed plant hire rates basis for a term of a period of two (2) years with an optional two (2) x 12 month extensions at Council’s discretion.
