RFT - District Hearing Panel

⁠⁠⁠Hutt City Council has notified a new Proposed District Plan for Lower Hutt. Details on the Proposed District Plan are available on the Council website.

The Council is beginning to organise the hearings for the Proposed District Plan and are inviting expressions of interest from potential candidates for the Independent Hearing Panel.

The Council is seeking to establish a pool of up to eight commissioners for the Panel, including a Chair for the Panel. The Panel will be responsible for the hearing of submissions and evidence on the Proposed District Plan, and for making recommendations to the Council on the provisions and matters raised in submissions.
