This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Are part of our modern workplace program we require the assistance of specialist provider to complete independent validation of our assistive technology software.
We need to complete validation testing of the below software.
• Dragan Naturally Speaking
• Jaws
• ZoomText
• Fusion
• Native Windows capabilities (Voice Typing, Eye Control, Voice Access)
More specifically, we are after the following:
1. Confirm that the software has been installed correctly
2. Confirm that the software operates in accordance with the Departments current security controls aligned to Information security manual (ISM) and ASD's Blueprint for Secure Cloud
3. Make any potential recommendation on increasing the usability of the solution by modifying Standard Operating Environment (SOE) configurations
It is preferred that the work is completed onsite in Canberra. However, The Department will consider options to perform this work from within one of the state offices in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
