Tender Description
Albury City Council invites suitably qualified Tenderers to submit a Tender for the co-design and construction of the Albury Animal Care Centre - Education Hub for Council upon the conditions detailed in the RFT.
Order of work
The Works are to be completed in the following order:
• Co-design with Bokor Architects and Albury City Council to facilitate the Developed Design and Construction Certificate (documented by Bokor Architects)
• Demolition of existing Animal Care Centre and Site-works
• Fabrication and Installation of Prefrabricated Education Hub
