Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The contractor will be required to complete grounds maintenance including mowing, pruning, litter clean/removal & irrigation repairs/management in the following locations (State Square represents the bulk of the contract):

  • Nichols Place
  • Supreme Court
  • Old Town Ruins, including Lot 7474
  • Grounds above carpark (90 Bay Carpark)
  • Berrimah Farm Precinct
