Austin Health Flexible Endoscopes Fleet is now reaching end-of-life (EOL) and requires replacement in 2026. Austin Health is seeking responses from suitably qualified supplier(s) for the supply and management of new Flexible Endoscopes Fleet to support clinical services across its campuses. The Fleet comprises of:

• Flexible scopes (reusable)
• Hardware & software for flexible scopes:

         -Endoscopic workstations (towers) including associated components and accessories. E.g. processors, light sources, etc.

         -Software relevant to the use of all hardware

• Service and maintenance of all hardware and software
• Further details are described in Part A.2 Statement of Requirements.

The Fleet is divided into 3 categories:

• Group 1 – GI Endoscopy
• Group 2 – Urology
• Group 3 – Thoracic Surgery, ICU, Anaesthetic, Respiratory, Radiation Oncology, ENT & Speech Pathology

Tender categories eligibility:

• Suppliers may submit an Offer for one or more groups; but
• Suppliers must offer the full scope within each selected group category.

         -For example, if submitting an Offer for Group 3, Suppliers must be able to supply all scopes including relevant hardware and accessories stated within the Statement of Requirements (Document 2) - Group 3 list.
