EOI Lollypop Creek Community Centre Management and Activation Stage 1

⁠⁠⁠Wyndham City Council invites Not for Profit community organisations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the opportunity to manage and activate Lollypop Creek Community Centre, located at 104 Shipwright Parade, Werribee.

This is part of a two stage process, whereby Stage 1 invites organisations to respond to this Expression of Interest via online forum, to be assessed according to selection criteria.

Stage 2 will ask shortlisted organisations to submit a formal application.

Following this two stage process, the preferred organisation will be subject to final approval by Wyndham Council and will subsequently enter licence negotiations.

The purpose of this Invitation for EOI is to:

Provide information to interested parties about the site and outline Wyndham Council requirements for the partner organisation to manage and activate Lollypop Creek Community Centre

Set out the Selection Criteria that will be used by Wyndham Council to evaluate EOI submissions and select shortlisted respondents

Outline the EOI process timeline and provide instruction on how to respond to this EOI

The successful organisation will enter a licence agreement with Wyndham City Council to manage and activate the centre to maximise the centre's usage and benefit to the community.

This initial phase of the process does not seek to establish any binding commercial or legal terms and conditions between Council and any party and is intended to provide a public process to identify the interests of various parties. Council reserves the right at any stage to amend, vary, discontinue or supplement the process set out in this EOI package.
