This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
ANAO is seeking the professional services of a suitably qualified supplier to migrate and export historical email data from its AXSone email archiving system (the project).
The objective of the project is to migrate and export all email data in the system to Microsoft Outlook Data File (.pst) format. Separate .pst files should result for each mailbox and may be further split into smaller files by an additional criterion such as calendar year.
The supplier will be required to utilise their AXSOne system expertise to design, build, deploy, and execute the necessary tasks to achieve the objective.
AXSOne was in active use from approximately 2008 until late 2021 and contains approximately 5-10TB of data from approximately 1390 mailboxes. AXSOne was used in Operational Archive mode and currently has 1 web portal deployed.
The supplier should outline their proposed methodology, including approximate timeframes for completing the work.
ANAO preference is for a fixed-price quotation, not a time & materials engagement.
All services can be delivered remotely. Remote access to ANAO systems can be provided to supplier personnel who are in Australia and hold minimum baseline security clearances.
