ROI - Petone Wharf Development

⁠⁠⁠This request is an invitation to qualified and experienced pre-selected local suppliers. This includes the request to provide indicative rates for selected work and to present the suppliers’ qualifications and experiences on remediation works and / or demolition of large wooden maritime structures (wharfs).

Identification of a potential service provider to develop the Petone Wharf within a 12 million NZD budget which may or may not be to:

1. Repair / remediate the Petone Wharf in its original design (full structure),

2. Repair / remediate the Petone Wharf in a reduced size,

3. Fully demolish the Petone Wharf.
