28 National Limited is pleased to invite responses to our Request for Proposal (RFP) for the role of Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) for LambEx26.
LambEx26, to be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, South Australia, from 8-10 July 2026, is the premier industry event showcasing the Australian sheep industry and attracts over 1,400+ attendees. We are seeking an experienced and innovative PCO to deliver a high-quality, engaging, and seamless conference experience that meets the expectations of our diverse stakeholders.
Key Details of the RFP include:
• Project Scope: LambEx PCO Services - Programming, Production & Logistics
• Submission Deadline: 11.59pm AEDT, Sunday 23rd March 2025
• Proposal Response: To be provided in the Response Template (attached in Word)
• Contract Term: 1 July 2025 – 31 October 2026

Please note that a separate RFP has been issued specifically for marketing and communications services to appoint a dedicated Marketing and Communications Server Provider (M&CSP) that can be found www.australiantenders.com.au also. Respondents are welcome to submit proposals for either or both RFPs, depending on their capabilities and experience. This approach ensures that the event benefits from the highest level of expertise in both event management and strategic marketing and communications.
