Hobsons Bay Council is seeking this request for tender for the Provision of Facilities Maintenance Services across various Council assets.

As a result of the RFT, Council is seeking to award a contract to a single supplier for a Contract Period of four (4) years (initial term), with two (2) one (1) year extension options.

As part of the Services, the Contractor will be responsible for the maintenance of approximately

267 buildings across the municipality as specified in Part B1 - Appendix D (Job Prioritisation,

Timeframes, and Site Categories). Buildings include:

• The Civic Centre

• Buildings at the Council Operations Centre

• Childcare centres

• Senior citizens centres

• Libraries

• Public halls

• Community centres

• Sports pavilions

• Public Toilets
