Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the construction of the Prince Regent Park New Club Facilities and existing Toilets Refurbishment.

A Mandatory Briefing to Respondents will be conducted on Thursday, 13 March 2025 at 10:00am at Prince Regent Park at 22 Prince Regent Drive, Heathridge WA 6027. Please refer to tender document for full details.
