Manningham Council is seeking tenders from consultants to provide Quantity Surveyor consulting services for the Major Roads and Civil contract construction works.

Projects include:

• Jumping Creek Road (SP1) - Vine Crescent to Homestead Road
• Templestowe Route (SP2) - Parker Street (High Street to Parker Street)
• Templestowe Route (SP3) - Anderson Street (Atkinson to James Street)
• Dudley Road PPN (SP4)
• Yarra Road to Homestead Road path (SP5)

Council may appoint more than one quantity surveyor consultant for these projects.

The scope of services is stated in the attached documentation.

Any questions about this tender should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in eProcure. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
