Invitation to Supply is Now Open: The Invitation to Supply (ITS) is now open for interested suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of pharmaceutical products

Tender documents are now available to download via the HSV Procurement Portal.

All respondents must register on the HSV website before gaining access to the HSV Procurement Portal.

Release Date: 4 June 2025

Award notification: November 2025

Commencement: 30 January 2026

Communication

All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Message function in the HSV Procurement Portal (Jaggaer).

Closing date for last enquiries in relation to this invitation is Tuesday 2 July 2025, 17:00 AEST. HSV reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date for enquiries.

Tender Submissions

Tender submissions for this ITS are through the HSV Procurement Portal (Jaggaer) - accessed via the HSV homepage. Submissions in any other format will NOT be accepted.

Late tender submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Tender Conditions.

All offers MUST be received through the HSV Procurement Portal as stated above.
