SERVICE REQUIRED:

The purpose of this tender is engage a suitable contractor to design and construct an Amenities Block at Pioneer Park to replace the existing amenities block. The amenities block will be either based on the Shellharbour City Council's standard amenities block design of Type 2 or a pre-fabricated option. Both options will be explored during the design phase.

Scope of work includes:

Developing designs to suit the site.

Demolition and disposal of existing amenities block and storeroom.

Construction of new amenities block

All hydraulic and electrical services

DDA compliant Footpaths and ramps

Landscaping and make good of site

Obtaining certifications and approvals required
